Make Supply Co. is a product design and small making company. Catherine Clark, the founder, has been designing products for the past 25 years and selling them through craft fairs as a kid, then through street vending and retail shops and finally at Brooklyn General Store in Brooklyn, NY. Make Supply Co. strives to bring beautiful and functional products to the fiber artist and maker that are designed by Catherine and either hand made by her or other small makers throughout the US. Some products will be joint collaborations (because she loves to do that) and some will be conceived by her and made by others. Some will be conceived and made only by her. Catherine is a passionate knitter and sewer. She learned to cast on and knit as a 5 year old and has been knitting steadily ever since. When latch-hooking was big in the 70's, she did lapse into an obsessive latch-hooking frenzy but that only lasted a few years and she was back to knitting. Catherine has tried almost every craft and has enjoyed them all. Catherine's dream is to have a workspace where she can nurture all her varied craft passions and also teach others her making skills.
