Just a little flash of Red

Red is the color of passion, the color of blood, the color of life and love.  Red is what makes the colors of our green world even more beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Red is the color that tells girls they have powers and knowledge and intuition and a connection to the earth that is special to them every month. Red is the color of my favorite everyday lipstick. Red is the stitching on my favorite overalls. Red is fire and heat and lust. Red is also anger and embarrassment and fear. Feelings of love can over ride the anger.  Feelings of power can over ride the embarrassment and fear. Red is also good luck.

When I am creating a product, I'm always simultaneously thinking of colors.  Red always plays a role.  Usually it is just a tiny bit. Sometimes it is the whole product. I feel happiest when I am wearing red.
